SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Most pieces are handmade and produced to order. Therefore the calculated production period is an estimated time of 4-14 days. Of course we will try to ship your chosen Product as soon as possible.
SHIPPING:
The delivery time and costs depend on your location. Shipping and handling charges for deliveries within Germany are aproximatly 4,40 € per shipment. For countries outside Germany but within Europe, shipping and handling charges are aproximatly 7 €. Shipping costs for most non-EU countries are aproximatly 7 €. Local taxes and custom fees may be added to international shipments. Our products are delivered within Germany by DPD and for countries within Europe and most non-EU countries by Deutsche Post. RETURNS:
You have the right to return the received products without reason within 14 days by post. If you would like to return a product please give us prior notice by emailing to rahrah@afrahackl.com. Products must be unused and in their original condition. The item must be in the original packaging. Custom-made pieces are excluded from returns.

Die Ware wird auf Bestellung und größtenteils von Hand gefertigt. Daher behalten wir uns eine Produktionszeit von 7-14 Tagen vor.

Lieferzeiten und Kosten sind abhängig von der Lieferadresse.Versandkosten betragen innerhalb Deutschlands um die 4.40 Euro, innerhalb der Europäischen Union um die 7 Euro und in den meisten Ländern außerhalb der Europäischen Union um die 7 Euro.Bei Bestellungen, die außerhalb Deutschlands verschickt werden, können im Bestimmungsland eventuell Zoll- oder Einfuhrgebühren anfallen. Der Besteller ist verantwortlich für alle anfallenden Importgebühren.Die Lieferzeit beträgt etwa ca. 1-4 Werktage für die Zustellung innerhalb Deutschlands und 2-6 Werktage innerhalb der EU. RÜCKGABE:
Sie haben ein 14-tägiges Rückgaberecht. Kontaktieren Sie uns in jedem Fall vor der Rücksendung unter rahrah(at)afrahackl.com. Die Ware muss in ungetragenem Zustand sein. Beachten Sie, dass die Ware in ihrer Originalverpackung und ausreichend gesichert zurückgeschickt werden muss. Speziell konfektionierte Ware kann nicht zurückgenommen werden. Der Besteller trägt die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.
